The coconut cream at Trader’s does have a distinct taste but I happen to like it. Can we use coconut sugar or would that not work? It will be alright,right? I have the Thai Kitchen coconut milk but have noticed that it has guar gum in it. This really works! I love it. I use 1-2 teaspoons, not 1/4-1/2 t. It will turn solid on you and separate.
